Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter to response for your announcement through Cambodian Youth Network (CYN) on Friday, September 28, 2012.  You are seeking more dynamic qualified candidate to join with you as IT Intern.

So I’m confidently that I am a suitable and qualified candidate for the post of IT Intern for several reasons. Firstly, I am a fourth year student in Information Technology, Royal University of Phnom Penh. I also understand some programming such as C Programming, Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Access 2007, and C++ Programming. In addition, I have studied other supporting skills in order to strengthen my understanding such Computer reappearing, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access 2007 and using Internet and Email. I have been studying Adobe Photoshop, Corel draw and Computer Networking at Cisco. In English, I am good at speaking, listening, reading and writing (improving). Furthermore, I have had a little experience to work as Teacher of Computer for seven months at Cambodian Youth Network (CYN).  At Cambodia Youth Network, I taught Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. As a result, before I decide to do something, I must think carefully.

Secondly, I obtained exceptional skills from my studying. Facing some earlier difficulties, I felt so disappointed and even thought of quitting the study. I then learned to adapt to new studying environment by, for instance, doing participatory observation, which deepened my understanding of the site. Challenging such difficulties matured me.

Lastly, I am really inspired by the work of IT Intern. Intensively studying for bachelor degree, I am now searching for job in Technology to make use of what I learned. These qualifications will obviously make me the best candidate for the inspiring post and assure the accomplishment of its mission, in turn.

Please give me an opportunity to attend an interview. I assure you that I will do my best to work as IT Intern at your organization.
